Digital Account Manager

Do you have a deep understanding of the digital space, from websites to promotions to email? Job Responsibilities

  • Working side-by-side with your Account Supervisor to execute all programs.  
  • Communicating with key clients on program updates, timelines and deliverables.
  • Consulting and collaborating with your creative, media, and technology team members to plan and execute projects.
  • Monitoring, measuring and optimizing campaigns and programs.  
  • The ability to understand, concept, map and execute digital campaigns—from websites and promotions to apps and chat bots.
  • Bring the ability to multi-task and get the work done—on time, within project budgets, timelines and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay on the bleeding edge of new technology regarding key accounts and agency intiatives.
  • Bring innovative digital ideas/extensions to all integrated marketing campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing digital projects and accounts.
  • Strong digital marketing background in integrated multi-channel campaign development and execution.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Experience creating and managing budgets/timelines for projects covering all of the above.
  • Knowledge and experience with the website development process and usability best practices.
  • A clear love for all things technology related.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • All about the details and doing things right the first time.
  • A thorough understanding of the agency process and agency/client relationship model.
  • A proactive ‘self-starter’ mentality and sense of responsibility.
  • CPG and influencer marketing experience a plus.
  • A positive, upbeat and solutions-oriented attitude!
